More Cell Phone Photography

I'm still trying to master the digital camera in my cell phone. This picture of an Asian Lily by the pond seems to be generally clear and in focus.
But this picture of a Black-eyed Susan strikes me as a bit fuzzy in the petals while the leaves a little further away are in focus. What gives? What is the camera using to determine focal length?

Similarly, this picture of blooming Butterfly-weed also seems a trifle too blurry. Did the camera shake as I pressed the shutter button?
Finally, I have two photos from my spring trip to Florida. The first shows Peavine Falls in Oak Mountain State Park outside of Birmingham, Alabama. The second shows the beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach, just across the causeway from Niceville, Florida. Both seem fairly good for cell phone photos.
